My boyfriend is giving me another headache, he’s a big cheater, he insults me, he doesn’t respect me at all, he beats me in front of his friends, sometimes take my clothes off in public just to embarrass myself I hate my life and feel really used and stupid.

The lady above was able to go through the year in pain and severe emotional torture which ultimately affected her health, physically, mentally and emotionally.

Olowolaju Boluwatife, industrial psychologist and creative director of The Jporshe Designs and Prints, explained how mental health plays a major role in our daily lives. “In other words, mental health is a state of well-being in which an individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively, and is able to make a contribution to his community. .

“Mental health is more than the mere absence of mental disorders or disabilities. Optimal mental health is not only about avoiding active conditions, but also about pursuing ongoing well-being and happiness. They also point out that preserving and restoring mental health is crucial on an individual basis, as well as in different communities and societies around the world.

Over the course of your life, if you experience mental health issues, your thinking, mood, and behavior could be affected. Many factors contribute to mental health problems, including biological factors, such as genes or brain chemistry; life experiences, such as trauma or abuse and a family history of mental health issues.
